Crossroads Centre Antigua: An International Centre of Excellence for the treatment of alcohol, drugs and other addictive disorders.
Founded by famed guitarist Eric Clapton in 1997, Crossroads Centre Antigua has established an international reputation in the addiction profession. This private, not- for- profit 32-bed facility has made its mission to provide both quality and affordable treatment to those suffering from alcoholism and other drug dependencies.
Mr. Clapton, a longtime resident of Antigua states “My vision was to create a Centre of the highest caliber to treat people of the Caribbean and throughout the world”. This vision became a reality when in October of 1998, Crossroads Centre opened its doors to its first clients. Since then, people from all corners of the globe have come to Crossroads to learn how to achieve sustained abstinence from addiction and create lifestyle changes that will continue to support them in ongoing recovery.
We are here to help people and their families whose lives are controlled by alcohol, drugs or other compulsive behaviours- helping them to make the changes necessary to find new health, a new sense of well- being and a new life of recovery. We assist clients in achieving this through a 'whole person approach' to healing and recovery.” And it is within this approach to addiction and recovery that makes Crossroads truly unique. The underlying belief is that one must address body, mind and spirit in the treatment process. Crossroads accomplishes this by incorporating a number of traditional and complementary therapies into the 29 day residential program. Program elements include:

A four day family program is included in the cost of treatment.
The cost of treatment for 29 days is $17,500.00 which is inclusive of detoxification, all treatment services and aftercare planning.
