WestBridge Community Services is a non-profit, private/self-pay agency dedicated to supporting the recovery of individuals and families that experience co-occuring mental illness and substance use disorders.

WestBridge provides a fully integrated continuum of community-based services, including Consultation, Care Management (AKA "Case Management"), Family Education and Support and Supported Housing. 

Our services are available to anyone in the country.  We have the ability to provide consultation "on the road" anywhere in the country (i.e. at people's homes).  Our Care Management services are provided for anyone living in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Our residential facilities are located in Brighton, MA (just outside of Boston) and Manchester, NH.
