    Serving The Community

    As an established leader in high quality mental health and addiction treatment and an active member of the greater Atlanta community, Ridgeview Institute has a variety of resources to share.  As part of our mission, we provide services to the general and professional public.

    Professional Education
    Ridgeview is a respected training resource, offering approved continuing education credit for psychologists and master’s level therapists throughout the greater Atlanta area.  Throughout the year, we offer seminars and workshops on a broad range of mental health and addiction topics presented by nationally and regionally known speakers.

    Support Groups
    Ridgeview hosts a variety of free 12-Step meetings and other support groups that are open to the public. Twelve-Step meetings include Alcoholics Anonymous, AlAnon, AlaTeen, Cocaine Anonymous, Codependents Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous, Eating Disorders Anonymous, Emotions Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and NarAnon.  We also host groups for depression/manic-depression, anorexia/bulimia and friends and family of people with eating disorders.  We are pleased to support the needs of the community with over thirty five groups a week on our campus.

    Georgia Community Trust
    The Georgia Community Trust was established to assist families in their planning to provide financial assistance to a family member with a disability., Founded and sponsored by Ridgeview Institute, Inc., it is the only community trust in the state of Georgia.  Robert M. Fink, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Ridgeview Institute, serves as the executive director of this not-for-profit trust.
